Application:
1. FD-172 is a vinyl methoxy ethoxy silane. Vinyl can participate in the double bond addition reaction, and the special alkoxy group shows better hydrolysis stability during processing than the common methoxy or ethoxy silane.
2. Halogen-free flame retardant cable material: This product is widely used in the current halogen-free flame retardant cable material industry. It can significantly improve the dispersion effect of filler, the flame retardant of cable material and the oxygen index.
3. Modified resin: This product used in the modified resin industry. Silico-oxygen bonds and alkoxy groups can be introduced into polymers by copolymerization or grafting. Silicon-oxygen bond itself has good comprehensive properties, which can improve the toughness, weather resistance, water resistance and other properties of the polymer.
4. Modified flame retardant: This product can be applied to the surface modification of inorganic flame retardant such as aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, can improve the dispersion of filler, increase the compatibility with polymer, improve the flame retardant effect.
5. This product can improve the adhesion of printing ink, glue and paint on glass, ceramic or metal surfaces. Used as an additive in label adhesives, it can improve the adhesion of labels on the substrate.
6. This product can improves the adhesion of silicone rubber on polyester or glass surface. This adhesive property is particularly important in high temperature applications such as transport tape and hot air vents such as exhaust hoses.
